Slim Down Summer Secrets from Nancy Addison

Learn Summer Slim-Down Secrets from
Health and Nutrition Counselor Nancy Addison
Meet Nancy Addison for a Book Signing Event benefiting the International Committee of the American Red Cross on Sunday, July 22nd

What:  Learn simple, slenderizing strategies from health and nutrition counselor, NancyAddison, CHC, AADP and you’ll never have to be “on a diet” again.  All the proceeds donated for this event will go to the International Committee of the Red Cross.  Nancy will be sharing great summer recipes, taking audience questions and signing copies of her new book, How To Be A Healthy Vegetarian – The Healthy Vegetarian Recipe Book.
Where:  Hyatt House/Lincoln Park
8221 North Central Expressway, just North of Caruth Haven Ln
 Dallas, TX 75225
(214) 696-1555
When: Sunday, July 22, 2012, 2:00-4:30pm

Who: Nancy Addison is a member of the National Speakers Association, a Certified
Health Counselor by Teachers College Columbia University, and a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  Addison was also Larry Hagman’s personal chef and nutrition consultant during the time he was filming the series DALLAS.  Addison is also celebrating the release of her new book, How To Be A Healthy Vegetarian – The Healthy Vegetarian Recipe Bookwhich includes over 115 simple gourmet recipes and over 27 years of research and experience.  Nancy is a mother of two children and has raised them on a whole grain, organic, vegetarian diet.

Why: The Red Cross has a special place in Addison’s heart.  Her daughter recently spent
time in the US Peace Corps in Mali.  Since her return last July, Mali has
experienced a military coup in the south and a rebel takeover in the north.
Additionally, widespread famine and drought have overcome the country.  The
Red Cross is one of the few humanitarian groups braving the dangerous political
situation to help distribute supplies and medical aid.  All donations made at this
event will go to the Red Cross

There is limited space, so guests should register at http://organichealthylifestyle.com/red-cross-event/

Tracing its beginnings to 1905, the American Red Cross Dallas area chapter provides programs and services throughout twelve counties in the area. The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that is carried on by volunteers to help provide relief and support to victims of disaster around the globe and to help individuals prevent, prepare, and respond to emergencies.

The American Red Cross Dallas celebrates three fundraising events throughout the year: the Lucky Ducky Derby, the Mardi Gras Gala, and the upcoming Swing for Relief on September 27th. For more information, visit the Dallas chapter website.
