2020 North Texas Turkey Trot

 

North Texas Turkey Trot is going virtual this year. The virtual run can consist of a 5K, 10K, 1-mile or whatever distance you would like. They will ship the participant shirt, running buff and bib right to you. 100% of the proceeds will continue to support the Miracle League of Frisco. Don’t want to run or walk, that's ok, there are even options to purchase merchandise or make a sleep-in donation to the Miracle League of Frisco.

Your fundraising efforts will empower the work to promote solutions for the needs of people with autism and their families – including those in urgent need of resources right now – and fuel continued commitment for Autism Speaks to create a kinder, more inclusive world for people with autism.

Every registered participant will be sent a commemorative event shirt and finisher medal to show off your accomplishment and support for a kinder world.

Start the new year off at the Hotcake Hustle!

Start the new year off healthy by walking or running this year's Hotcake Hustle. The indoor/outdoor venue is perfect for visiting the sponsors who provide samples & information, plus food, and coffee. The Hotcake Hustle features music and a beer garden. Runners and walkers can opt for the 5K or choose a tougher challenge and run the 10K. Kids will have a ball in the fun run, accompanied along the route by the famous & energetic Run Project Chicken. Of course, everyone gets a hotcake breakfast after the race provided by the Original Pancake House.

Council for Life 5K, Fun Run & Walk - Tomorrow 4/19

Please join the 2014 Run for Life, hosted by Council for Life and the Young Leaders for Life. The race will take place on Saturday, April 19th at SMU Ford Stadium. In addition to the race, the organization will hold their first Easter Egg Hunt to celebrate the holiday.

 

The Run for Life starts and finishes at Gerald Ford Stadium. There are entrances on the north and south side of the field. Strollers welcome. Please, no dogs allowed.

The wildly successful Dallas Athlete’s Disco Run is now the Disco 5K & 10K Run benefitting Taylor’s Gift Foundation.  Designed for the whole family, the Disco 5K & 10K is held in Fair Park is produced by Dallas Athletes.  Dallas Athletes are well known for their fabulously well organized and well attended runs and triathlons.  The event is open to all ages.

Inaugural Disco Run

A disco inferno is lighting up in Fair Park this Sunday, May 19, 2013, as the inaugural DISCO 5K and 10K RUN kicks off, bringing disco fever to Funkytown! This inaugural event will feature a $100 BEST DISCO COSTUME AWARD for both men and women runners, DJ-manned Disco Aid stations, and post-race party with disco music and live band, hot pancakes, and giant disco medallion award ceremony.

Participate in the Run Your Tail Off 5K and 10K for humans (and dogs!) of all ages and Howl-o-Ween Kids Fair as well as the Walk and Wag dog walk and a myriad of "doggie" themed entertainment. This year's event benefits the YMCA at White Rock , For The Love of the Lake, and the Friends of White Rock Lake Dog Park.

2010 Run, Walk, Roll

The 2010 Run, Walk, Roll benefitting United Cerebral Palsy of North Texas is a community event featuring a 5K Run on a certified race course, and a 1K Family Fun Walk & Roll through picturesque Reverchon Park in Dallas. This year we are adding a family-friendly Post Walk Party with face painting, balloon artists, photo buttons, music and more! This year marks the 15th Anniversary of this exciting, family-friendly event!
