Best Cellars Dinner: A Food and Wine Experience

The T.J. Martell Foundation will host the Best Cellars Dinner: A Food & Wine Experience Featuring Dallas’ Top Sommeliers on Thursday, May 9th, 2013 at Fearing’s in The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

The Best Cellars Dinner, chaired by Janie & Dave Hodges and Kendall & Derek Williams will feature a four-course gourmet dinner by Chef Dean Fearing and selected wines by Sommelier Table Hosts, one exclusively for each table, which will include:

Jeff Bachinskas: Sissy's Southern Kitchen
Paul Botamer:  Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas
Aaron Benson: Dallas Country Club
Jeff Bradley: The Wine Frog
Christina Chilcoat: Las Colinas Beverages
Andrew Hensley: Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

There will be a live auction featuring music and culinary experiences followed by an acoustic performance by Singer & Songwriter, Thom Shepherd, an Austin-based touring artist.  Proceeds from the Best Cellars Dallas event benefit the T. J. Martell Foundation’s funding of the Physician-Scientist Program at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.  The T.J. Martell Foundation organizes the Best Cellars Dinners and other major events in major markets in the United States.
