PROGRAM WINNER RECEIVES $15,000 FOR THEIR CHARITY THIS YEAR
Gene and Jerry Jones Family Foundation and Forest Park Medical Center
invite you to participate in the 2014 Dallas Cowboys Community Quarterback
Award (CQA) - a volunteer recognition and grant program which has awarded
more than $275,000 in grant money to deserving non-profits in the North Texas
area since 2000.
The Dallas Cowboys and Forest Park Medical Center understand how important
volunteers are to the success of charitable causes and consider the time and
effort volunteers contribute to be a priceless donation. They are excited to offer you the opportunity to nominate the volunteers that
help you accomplish your community outreach goals for the Community Quarterback
Award.
Your organization may benefit monetarily from the volunteer’s leadership,
dedication and commitment to bettering the North Texas community, as
award-winning volunteers receive grants to donate back to their nominating
