Cadillac Pizza Pub Honors GO TEXAN This Month

Cadillac Pizza Pub in historic downtown McKinney honors GO TEXAN through July 31 with a themed Research & Development Pizza. The popular R&D Pizza will showcase local Texas sausage and smoked Gouda cheese McKinney’s own Hamm’s Custom Meats. A portion of the proceeds from each R&D Pizza sold will benefit the North Texas Food Bank which distributes donated, purchased and prepared foods through a network of partner agencies.
GO TEXAN, with its signature mark in the shape of Texas, celebrates, promotes and supports the business savvy and plainspoken grit Texas agriculture is known for throughout the world. Whether it's grown, sewn or served up on a plate, more than 26 million Texans shop, travel and dine out in support of Texas business and agriculture, looking for the GO TEXAN mark to light the way.

Specializing in unique, rustic thin-crust pies baked in a stone-fired oven, Cadillac Pizza Pub settles for nothing less than handmade goodness and hometown flavors with a strong commitment to sourcing local and natural ingredients whenever possible.
