From Breaking Point to Turning Point:
Faces of Strength and Courage in the Family
Thursday, March 24, 2011 at the Hilton Anatole
Mrs. Leigh Anne Haugh has been chosen as the Spirit of CONTACT award recipient for her outstanding service in the Dallas community. In addition, CONTACT is delighted to have Mrs. Laura Leppert, First Lady of Dallas, serving as Honorary Luncheon Chair.
Keynote speaker will be Lisa Ling, nationally known journalist and formerly co-host of “The View.” She has recently co-authored Somewhere Inside: One Sister’s Captivity in North Korea and The Other’s Fight to Bring Her Home. The Ling family was confronted with an impossible scenario as they watched their daughter/sister being held in captivity. The Lings’ determination to save her is much like families in Dallas who turn to CONTACT daily to find the strength and courage to help their loved ones.

Through these services, CONTACT hopes to give people the ability to take back control of their lives and help take them from breaking point to turning point.
