The Limelight: Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden
Each year, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden maintains and grows a beautiful public venue that also promotes the knowledge and pleasures of horticulture. The Dallas Arboretum has over 541,000 visitors a year from over 50 countries and is listed as one of the top three arboretums in the nation. Whether it is to picnic, enjoy music in the gardens, host an event, or simply to wander through the beautiful landscape, the Arboretum is an enjoyable oasis in the city.
Through July 31, visit Peter Rabbit's Flower Village! The Peter Rabbit costume is back in town for the final weeks of the Summer at the Arboretum. Peter will be greeting garden guests in the Arboretum Gift Store daily from 10am-3pm beginning July 16-July 31st. The Arboretum has also partnered with the North Texas Humane Society for a rabbit adoption set to take place on the final Family Fun Monday on July 26th at 10am in Peter Rabbit's Flower Village.
