
If you are wanting to beat the Dallas heat, join the Fine Arts Chamber Players for the Basically Beethoven Festival. These are a series of FREE classical music recitals and concerts every Sunday in July at 3:00 pm inside the Grand Hall in the Texas Discovery Gardens at Fair Park. You can't beat the beautiful music and air-conditioning!
July 11th: Celebrating the Cello with a feature performance by Yuri Anshelevich and Gabriel Sanchez of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
July 18th: Quintets and Quartets by musicians from both the Dallas and Fort Worth Symphonies and friends.
July 25th: Hall of Fame by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra performing music from Beethoven, Heiden and Sarasate.
There is always the Rising Star Recital that same day which begins at 2:30 pm, which showcases up-and-coming young talent.
