Chefs for Fishermen & Families

Last weekend, the Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage Culinary for the Ritz-Carlton Dallas, John Coleman and his culinary team traveled to Louisiana provide donated services to Gulf fisherman and their families affected by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Chefs for Fisherman and Families was held last Saturday, June 19th at Bridge Side Marina on Grand Isle, LA. For two hours, the brigade of chefs cooked for the fisherman and guests. The participating chefs stated that they have always relied upon the fisherman of Grand Isle for their restaurant seafood and were both honored and grateful to help them during this great time of need.
