Les Dames d'Escoffier 2013 Raiser Grazer

Les Dames d’Escoffier International’s Dallas chapter will host its annual Raiser Grazer on Sunday, March 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Union Station in Dallas. The event, themed "Dames Go Local," raises money for educational scholarships for area women seeking careers in the culinary arts. The event is open to the public and tickets are available for $65 per person. This year’s event will showcase the many local purveyors of fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese and other artisanal dairy products.

Raiser Grazer brings together talented chefs, suppliers, pastry artists and business women for an evening of exceptional food and beverages, outstanding auction items and a lively, family-friendly environment. The event will feature more than 25 chef-hosted kiosks serving everything from local beef to desserts made with local dairy products; local and international wines, and an outdoor beer garden featuring only local brews. The Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier is dedicated to supporting and promoting the achievements of women in the culinary profession. They also strive to foster excellence through educational and charitable activities.

Come out and join the Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier for "Dames in the City," their 2011 Raiser Grazer Silent Auction & Cork Pull. All the above sounds fun, so certainly raise your glass, while raising money for the dames and their many causes!

Les Dames is dedicated to promoting and helping all the achievements of women in the culinary profession. They are the only organization of their kind and Dallas is certainly lucky to have a chapter here.
Founded in 1984 they have grown to over 75 active members and donated $935,000.00 in scholarships, endowments and grants throughout the community. They are hoping to soon pass the million dollar mark, so let us all help make this fundraiser the one to do that!
