Don’t miss “A Night at the Karaoke Lounge” this Friday night at Edison’s, with proceeds benefiting the Turtle Creek Recovery Center.  This promises to be an exciting, high-energy, musical evening beginning with a cocktail reception and followed by Karaoke entertainment.  Once celebrity guest singers Peri Gilpen, Hunter Sullivan and LeeAnne Locken warm-up the microphone, there will be lots of Karaoke opportunities for everyone.  Guests can also enjoy a gourmet burger and beer bar, cocktails by Cinco Vodka, a raffle, a photo booth and fun games.   

 

The fabulous live auction items include Bachendorf Jewels and an Abi Ferrin Design, New York Fashion Week by Stanley Korshak, a VIP Show Package with Pat Green, a Custom Cinco Vodka Karaoke Party for 50, and an American Airlines Center Suite plus a Night Out.  The event is chaired by Danya Anderson & Cary Deuber, with Anne and Steve Stodghill serving as Honorary Chairs.  All of the shenanigans will be hosted by sassy master of ceremonies Steve Kemble.  The décor and design is by Todd Events.  

 

Turtle Creek Recovery Center a nonprofit agency dedicated to restoring hope and opportunity to adults with co-occurring mental illness and a chemical addiction, providing services that enable them to return to the mainstream of life with enhanced vocational, social and problem solving skills and with the greatest possible degree of self-sufficiency.

Co-Chairs Dawn Spalding, Claire Kinzy and Vivian Fullerlove have created a special section for the guys with a casino table, scotch-tasting from Moet & Hennessy and sliders from Wendy Krispin Caterers. All proceeds go to Turtle Creek Manor Recovery Center (formerly Turtle Creek Manor). This agency is the only residential treatment program in North Texas that is wholly dedicated to serving adults with a mental illness and an addiction. Through its programs, TCMRC helps hundreds of people each year to gain mental stability, sobriety, jobs and a place to live. Tickets are $125 each. Sponsorships still available from $500 - $25,000.
