The
Trinity River Audubon Center's 2009 Inaugural Nature Fest will be held this year on Saturday & Sunday,
October 10th and 11th. Come out and "
get your green on" to attend workshops on composting, recycling, water conservation and energy conservation. Both children and adults can learn about native plants and wildscaping while exploring the Center's sustainable features like backyard poultry and urban bee keeping.

There will be: yoga, tai chi, kayaking, and encounters with some of our local Texas Wildlife including birds, fish, and turtles! The Trinity River Audubon center offers an educational haven on nature and sustainable living for people of all ages and is supported in part by the City of Dallas.
