Wednesday is "Giving Day"

Wednesday, September 8th
has been designated
2010 North Texas Giving Day
On this day, every dollar given between 7am and 7pm to Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County will be matched by a portion of the over $700,000 available in matching funds.

Please consider making a donation on this special day in order to maximize your gift. These funds will help ensure that the Center is able to meet the ever increasing needs of the abused and neglected children we serve.

This day of giving is made possible through DonorBridge. DonorBridge is a dynamic online resource connecting nonprofit organizations, donors and supporters. DonorBridge is run by Communities Foundation of Texas, with the support of The Dallas Foundation and the Center for Nonprofit Management.

REMEMBER:
Donations must be made online on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 between the hours of 7am-7pm via credit card in order for Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County to receive matching funds. Minimum donation is $25.

The mission of the Children's Advocacy Center is to provide safety, healing, and justice to children victimized by abuse or neglect.

Get Up and Give North Texas Giving Day 2010

Get Up and Give! North Texas Giving Day 2010 is a day when nonprofits with an approved profile are eligible to receiving matching funds made by anyone when they are made online through DonorBridge.

It's as easy as walking over to your computer, going to the DonorBridge website and giving as much money as you want to your favorite nonprofit. Matching funds are generously being contributed from many organizations, including The Meadows Foundation, The Dallas Foundation, Communities Foundation of Dallas and the Rees-Jones Foundation. There is no cost to participate, just donate away!
