Yoga for Runners - Learn to Run a 5K in 8 Weeks

Whether your resolution is to run a marathon or a mile, this is the class for you. It will safely prepare walkers to run a 5K in just eight weeks.
 
Classes will take place each Tuesday, April 22 - June 10. The run will leave Medical City Children's Hospital's atrium promptly at 5:15 p.m., with the yoga session beginning immediately upon return, at around 5:50 p.m.
