The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas Presents Stephan Pyles Scholarship Cook-Off


Stephan Pyles is known as one of the founding fathers of Southwestern cuisine, therefore it is only appropriate that The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas presents the Eleventh Annual Stephan Pyles Scholarship Cook-Off. The scholarship challenge promotes all that it takes to be a great chef: drive, passion, imagination and having both the braveness and boldness needed to take a student chef to that next level.
This scholarship is just one way that The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas fulfills its mission to provide research and education in the culinary and viticulture arts.
Now in its 11th year, this event will be held at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin. Just another neat feature of the whole event -- it changes venues each year. So if you have that desire in you, apply for an application and cook away!!
