Chefs for Farmers (CFF) is coming back to Dallas for another amazing event, this time at the well-established Highland Park Cafeteria. The roster of chefs and farmers is again amazing, yet this time the vibe is old-school comfort food. Surely with chefs such as founder Matt McCallister, John Tesar, Brian Luscher of The Grape, Scott Romano of Charlie Palmer, Tim Byers of Smoke Restaurant and so many more amazing chefs from around the city, comfort food will take on a whole new amazing meaning. As always, CFF will be pairing up with some of the best farms in Texas: JuHa Ranch, Mozzerella Company, Texas Heritage Beef and Texas Honey Bee Guild.
Let the fun begin in a cafeteria setting, with a spin -- literally, as DJ Jennifer Miller and Paul Paredes set the mood, while DLynn Proctor will be serving up the drinks. Certainly sounds like a lot of fun and one can only assume that all plates will be empty after the spectacular feast that awaits.
On top of all the fun, food and drinks, a portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit The Family Place, DFW's largest family service provider. Get in line while there are still tickets available!
