Like many of the area shopping centers this time of year, Genesis Women's Shelter is packed. It is hard for most of us to imagine what it would be like to walk away from our home during the holidays. But each year, scores of families must do so in search of the perfect gift—the Gift of Safety. Genesis will be ready for each of them. They will provide a full Christmas for each child and warm comforting meals for each family, and through their expert services, they will show each person that there is hope for the future… a future where love doesn’t hurt, a future where dreams aren’t shattered in anger. This holiday season will mark a new beginning for many families at Genesis. They will create new traditions in new homes. The road will be hard, but it will be possible because of your help.
