Come out to meet, taste and learn at the Chocolate Conference 2010 presented by DallasChocolate.org and sponsored by The Adolphus Hotel. The event will be a mix showcasing Dallas' Finest Chocolatiers, including: J. Dorian, Le Cordon Bleu, Dude Sweet Chocolate, Nib Chocolates and many more. There is also a full day of classes featuring special guests, Clay Gordon (The Chocolate Life) and Art Pollard (Amano Artisan Chocolate). Classes range from "Baking with Fine Chocolate," "How to Taste Fine Chocolate," and "Chocolate Making 101."
DallasChocolate.org is an educational organization devoted to getting people excited about the appreciation and accessibility of fine chocolate. Yummy and educational -- sounds like a great reason to check out the conference, and of course to sample all the tasty cocoa creations!
