Do you have something to say about the state of the arts in Dallas? We've found someone to listen. The Dallas Area Cultural Arts Coalition is a grass roots advocacy coalition supporting the arts in our community. The organization assists all Dallas art organizations and holds meetings at which they discuss ways to improve the arts, facilities, and preserve existing cultural institutions in our community.
The DACAC has noted that the city's current funding situation is in need of dire help and could use your assistance with advocacy efforts. All meetings are free and open to the public, please spread the word and help plan for the Arts Advocacy Day on August 17th!
