Artistic Impressions of Management at UT Dallas

The Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas will host Artistic Impressions of Management, a special event celebrating the relationship between art and business, Saturday, April 26, 2014, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Naveen Jindal School of Management will be transformed into an art gallery for one night to benefit the Jindal School's art fund, which will be used to commission contemporary pieces for the school's new 108,000-square-foot, four-story expansion.
 
The JSOM's $25 million addition is set to open Fall 2014. The building will include the Career Management Center, interview room, on-site cafe', meeting space and tutoring areas. 

Guests will be able to view several different art exhibits while enjoying live music, food and beverages and a raffle and silent auction. Art on display will include The Construction of a Management School exhibit, winning photos from the Jindal School Business Photo Contest, The Glamour of Flight exhibit, and selected works from well-known local artists including Jim Bowman, Brad Oldham, Jon Flaming and Janet McGreal.

Talk to Me: 2011 Teen CONTACT Conference

  • Helping teens navigate the Internet
  • Dallas and anti-bullying policies
  • How to respond to teens in crisis
  • Helping teens deal with bullying and other daily pressures
This affordable one-day conference is for counselors, parents, educators, community youth leaders, clinicians, and anyone who works with teens.
