44th Annual Lakewood Home Festival - November 13-15

The 44th Annual Lakewood Home Festival will proceed as a street-view only event, supplemented with an informative guidebook with twice as many pictures as well as activity pages for the children. Additionally, the auction party will be going virtual. These major changes will ensure that our neighborhood’s long-standing tradition of generosity to our local schools is upheld – while keeping the community safe. The event is hosted by Lakewood Early Childhood PTA (LECPTA).

This year’s Home Festival weekend kicks off with the “Lakewood Live” virtual auction party, sponsored by Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, kicks off on Friday, November 13, at 7:30 p.m.

The event will bring the “Saturday Night Live” stage into guests’ living rooms with pre-recorded skits, special musical performances, and both live and silent auctions.

Guests are encouraged to don their SNL-inspired costumes, set the scene in their own homes, and prepare to party in place!

After the auction party, explore this year’s homes from the comfort of your car, golf cart, bike, or own two feet! Plan to buy your guidebook in advance and make your way through Lakewood on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
