Harvest Seasonal Kitchen in Downtown McKinney is celebrating five years!
This event will be a cocktail party, with Chef Drea bringing back her best dishes since opening day and Toby and the bar team mixing greatest hits behind the bar. They will have a collection of silent auction items and Matt Hamilton of Local Yocal will lead the live auction on top of the bar.
From the beginning, Harvest was designed to connect diners with the vibrant North Texas food community. Along the way they started a nonprofit to further that mission, the Seed Project Foundation. They wanted to demonstrate how we can have a positive ripple effect on the environment, the farm and ranch community, and the artists and artisans that live around McKinney by thinking before we purchase and embracing the mission that if we spend a dollar locally, seventy cents of it stays in our community.
All proceeds will benefit Harvest’s Seed Project Foundation.
