Job Description

 

Director – Manager of Exec Committee

• Wide and diverse network of contacts (Promote ALL events regardless of Segment)
• Good promoter (used to gathering people for events, social gatherings, large network, respected in society)
• Challenges exec committee to:
  
  • Have a full event calendar for several months (assist where necessary)
  • Consistently grow the database of influencers (utilizing entire chapter community)
• Manages the culture of exec committee, events and overall awareness and influence of chapter
• Ultimately responsible for chapter:
  
  • Maintaining a full calendar of events
  • The quality and culture of those events (Lead by Segment Leads and overseen by Director)
  • The quality of influencers who attend events and participate in chapter
  • Management of Segment Leads and their success
• Final decisions regarding Partner Organizations, local sponsors, and Exec Committee members
