Park Place Lexus & Jaguar recently hosted the 16th annual
Casino Night benefiting Dallas Stars Foundation. This year’s Mardi Gras themed event welcomed Dallas
Stars players, coaches and personalities, along with more than 650 fans sold
out the popular event, which was a Casino Night attendance record.

Fans enjoyed intimate access to their favorite Stars players, as they
served as casino dealers to guests, playing Blackjack, Poker, Craps and
Roulette. Guests enjoyed live music by Hale Baskin and her Jazz Addiction,
Cajun-style cuisine by Cool River Café, an open bar with great drinks and wines
by Estancia, a Whiskey Tasting by Jack Daniels, and a Cigar Roller. They also
got a chance to take pictures with their favorite players in the photo booth,
and a chance to win a beautiful diamond at the Diamond Champagne bar by J.
Patrick Diamonds.

Attendees participated in a silent auction, which featured autographed
memorabilia, including jerseys from current and former Dallas Stars players.
Some of the best-selling items were framed jerseys, a George Strait Guitar,
Justin Timberlake autographed photo, Wayne Gretzky jersey, Gordie Howe jersey,
Team USA framed piece, a week in Hawaii, and custom Dallas Stars poker table.
There was also a live auction with experience packages, such as the
opportunity to travel with the Stars on a two game road trip, a trip with the
team to Nashville to watch the Stars game and visit the Jack Daniel’s
distillery, a round of golf with Antoine Roussel and Vernon Fiddler at
Stonebriar Golf Club, and Dave and Busters outing with Jamie Benn and Tyler
Seguin.

The annual event, which raises money to support the charitable causes of
the Dallas Stars Foundation, was a record breaking one – raising $325,000 for
the Dallas Stars Foundation.
The Dallas Stars Foundation focuses on providing support to children in our
community so they may lead quality lives and develop into contributing members
of society. Through teamwork, interaction, and education, the Dallas Stars
Foundation works to bring together all members of the Metroplex and build a
bright future for today’s youth.
