Grand Opening of Connecting Point of Park Cities


Connecting Point of Park Cities (CPPC) will celebrate the grand opening of its new facility this Sunday, September 14th
 
Located in Central Christian Church (4711 Westside Drive in Dallas), CPPC is an all-inclusive day program for adults with disabilities. The new location will offer a wide range of educational, social and recreational services for adults with special needs.
 
During the event, guests will have the opportunity to meet CPPC staff members, who will explain CPPC programs and mission. They will also offers tours of the facility, which includes a large classroom, yard and community garden. Attendees can participate in a raffle and enjoy light food and refreshments, as well as a display of projects created by CPPC members.
 
This grand opening will kick off North Texas Giving Day.  Proceeds raised during that day will assist with general operations and a bus. The bus will be a vital addition and will connect CPPC members to off-site recreational activities, educational classes, museum trips and a lunch outing every Thursday.
