This back-to-school season, Belk teamed up with one of their Dallas community partners, Pat & Emmitt Smith Charities, to provide free school uniforms to hundreds of Dallas ISD (DISD) students. Each year, many Dallas students are required to wear uniforms, but their families may not have the funds for this purchase.
