Bonne Sante' - A Food and Wine Showcase Benefiting The National Kidney Foundation

The National Kidney Foundation once again will team up with acclaimed Dallas Chefs, Scott Gottlich of Bijoux and William Koval of the Lakewood Country Club for the fourth annual Bonne Santé, food and wine showcase. The event features award winning chefs from Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as top chefs from around the country, each preparing signature dishes paired with fine wines. Bonne Santé is a mix and mingle affair where guests can sample dishes and wines while taking part in a live and silent auction benefiting the National Kidney Foundation.

Our two host chefs, Scott Gottlich and William Koval are all too familiar with kidney disease. Chef Gottlich's sister, Stephanie, is a transplant recipient. Nathan, Chef Koval's son, was born with one kidney. Both families found support through the National Kidney Foundation. Chef Gottlich is the Executive Chef and owner of Bijoux and Executive Chef of The Second Floor. Chef Koval is the Executive Chef at Lakewood Country Club and was formerly with the French Room.
 
Along with dishes from Gottlich’s The Second Floor Bistro – Bar and Bijoux and Koval’s Lakewood Country Club, guests will enjoy dishes from:

  • Shawn Armstrong, Executive Chef at Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah

  • Richard Hebben from Park Hyatt Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Each interactive chef station will have artistically custom wine pairings by Gina Gottlich, Sommelier of The Second Floor Bistro - Bar and Bijoux. The evening will also include live music and silent and live auctions featuring a variety of luxurious prizes.
