The 2013 Young Professionals Leadership Development Program combines some of the most successful and popular initiatives within Dallas Young Professionals into an integrated leadership development program designed exclusively for a small selection of YP members.
Who Should Apply: The program is best suited to individuals who are “life learners” and believe continuous professional development is critical to mastering new and increasingly more complex leadership roles throughout their career.
What You Will Gain: A better understanding of your own leadership style and what you can improve upon in addition to new ideas for leading and inspiring others throughout your career. YP members who are accepted into the program will be paired with a carefully selected Leadership Dallas Alumni who shares similar interests and goals and is positioned to provide a meaningful mentoring experience. Your mentor will be a key relationship throughout the program and for years to come.
The YP Leadership Program will select no more than 15 of the best applicants so the group will benefit from small class sizes and a tightknit peer group of Dallas’ most motivated young professionals.
