EVIL DOES GOOD, J.R. EWING GIVES BACK TO DALLAS

The Larry Hagman Foundation benefits from a star-studded cocktail reception & dinner 

WHAT: The Larry Hagman Foundation will celebrate its inaugural fundraising event with friends of the foundation at a private cocktail reception & dinner hosted in Dallas, Texas.

WHO:  Philanthropist, Lisa Blue Baron will open her home to special guests of The Baron and Blue Foundation. Larry Hagman, best known for his role as J.R. Ewing on the hit series Dallas will be joined by Patrick Duffy and other members of the cast of Dallas including Linda Gray, Brenda Strong, Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalf, Julie Gonzalo and Jordana Brewster.  The nine-time Grammy award wining Kings of Texas Swing, Asleep at the Wheel, will provide live entertainment. 

WHEN: Friday, October 12, 2012 from 6:00PM – 8:30PM

WHERE: The Home of Lisa Blue Baron located at 5950 Deloache Avenue, Dallas, TX 75225

WHY:  Larry Hagman wanted to do something special to give back to the city of Dallas because it has contributed so much to his success over the years. By founding The Larry Hagman Foundation, he is able to promote the educational benefits of drama, visual arts, dance and music and to fund organizations providing these instructional programs for economically disadvantaged children in the local community.
