Follow the Yellow Brick Road... Paws Cause 2012

Paws Cause 2012 is “Off to see the Wizard, the Wonderful Wizard of Pawz!” Yes, Dorothy and Toto are following the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City as we all help Dallas become a more compassionate community, where every adoptable animal has a loving home.

2012 is an important year for all Dallas pet lovers. The City of Dallas is introducing a five-year plan to reduce animal euthanasia in municipal shelters, and the SPCA of Texas will play an important role in this plan. As you know, spay/neuter is the key to this goal, since animal overpopulation remains a serious problem in Dallas. By delivering spay/neuter surgeries at very low fees, the SPCA of Texas Clinic at Village Fair provides an essential service to our community, so we can truly become an “Emerald City” for our four-legged citizens.

Join SPCA of Texas and Honorary Chairs Janelle and Larry Friedman on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Sambuca in Uptown Dallas for a casual, fun filled evening of food, cocktails, entertainment and an irresistible silent auction.

All money raised through Paws Cause 2012 will go directly to the SPCA of Texas Clinic to help provide more than 12,000 free and low cost surgeries and 15,000 health and wellness treatments.

There are many ways to support Paws Cause 2012 – “The Wizard of Pawz!”
