The Limelight: The Boot Campaign

The Boot Campaign is a grassroots initiative started by 5 women from Texas known as the Boot Girls. They provide an easy and tangible way for Americans to show support of our troops (both past and present) that is practical and directly benefits our military. Proceeds from boot sales are donated to partner charities, who assist returning veterans dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and varying degrees of physical injuries.

The Boot Campaign motto is: When They Come Back, We Give Back! What better way to say thank you to our troops than sporting a pair of boots just like theirs! So join in the growing chorus of radio, television, music and sports celebrities and get YOUR boots ON!

Who Are The Boot Girls?
You could say the Boot Girls are your average hard-working professionals, but there is nothing average about these 5 women! They chose to use their spare time to develop an awareness initiative that will support injured American forces. They possess the rare quality of serving others without the desire of personal, financial gain. In fact, several of the Boot Girls supplied financing to get the campaign started. After reading the book Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell, the Boot Girls were humbled by what the military endures to give them the freedom to choose their own professional careers. That became the passion behind the campaign.
