Human Rights Initiative of North Texas 5K Run

Human Rights Initiative of North Texas (HRI) is gearing up for their first ever 5K Run for Human Rights. Do not worry, you can walk if running is not your forte. Come out to join all of those involved with HRI to help them raise funds to support all of the wonderful work they do. HRI's mission is to promote international human rights through local services to refugees and immigrants who have suffered human rights abuse.
Not only will it be for a great cause, the first place male and female runners will receive prizes, as will there be prizes for the top three male and female runners in each age division. Looks as if the idea to walk will probably not land you in any of those categories, yet it will be fun nonetheless! Registrants will receive goodie bags and a t-shirt. You can also bring your canine companion to help motivate you to reach the finish line, too!!
