The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas Young Friends Announce “Casa Habana” Fundraiser at The Ritz-Carlton on April 1, 2011

DALLAS, Texas (November 4, 2010) – At a kickoff party in Highland Park on Oct. 27, the Young Friends of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas announced the theme, Casa Habana, for its fundraiser benefitting the organization. This spring party is set for Saturday, April 1, at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. Being the hip and young crowd, festivities will start at 8 p.m. and last until midnight. The spring event will include heavy hors d’oeuvres, libations, DJ Lucy Wrubel’s lively mixes, and Todd Fiscus-designed event to complement the theme. More than 600 attended last year, while raising $100,000 for the House.

Event Co-Chairs Wynne Brown, Katie Head and Molly Thomas, are excited for the theme selection noting, “The Casa Habana event will capture the style and class of the Old Hollywood clientele who frequented the city’s infamous night clubs.”

Tickets are $85 for members of the Young Friends and $100 for non-members.
