9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

on the grassy field of Dallas’ historic Cotton Bowl at Fair Park.
Free admission. Concessions available for purchase.
Parking is $10 or ride DART's Green Line.

Founded in 2008 by Mayor Leppert and his wife Laura, the mission of Passport to Health is to reduce the effects of diabetes in the Dallas community through education, awareness, prevention and proper care management.
