Slow Food Dallas Feast100

Please come join Slow Food Dallas for their first ever Feast100. The evening will be celebrating local Texas farms and food producers in the intimate setting of Landscape Architect Robert Bellamy's private garden. Chef David Uygur, formerly of Lola and the soon-to-open Lucia in Oak Cliff will create a menu that will portray the wonderful ingredients within a 100 mile radius of Dallas that will reflect our own unique micro climate. There will certainly be flavors and combinations that no one will want to miss.
Slow food is a non-profit, member-supported organization that was founded in 1989 to counteract both fast food and the ever-present fast life we are all guilty of from time-to-time and focus on the diminishing local traditions and where the food we eat really comes from. The Dallas chapter was founded in 2003.
All the proceeds from Feast100 will support Slow Food Dallas, with its main goal of raising $10,000. Hurry and purchase your tickets, for this unique dining event will be limited to 100 people.
