Bring the whole family to the Lakewood Summer Arts Faire, which brings together leading local artists and the East Dallas community. This event has been put on every year since 2004 as a mission of Lakewood United Methodist Church.
There will be a silent auction, fine art show and sale, up-and-coming artist show, children's art workshop, live entertainment, food, drink and a lot more. Each year all the proceeds benefit a certain charity and this year the beneficiary is the YWCA Nurse Practitioner Partnership program and the Woodrow Wilson HS Young Lives group. Certainly a family-friendly environment and entertainment for all!
WHAT: Lakewood Summer Arts Faire Ticket Prices: Adults & Kids over 12 - $2; Kids 4 to 12 - $1; Children under 4 -Free.
WHEN: Saturday, August 28th 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 29th 11:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
