Change is Good - October 10

Change Is Good is a fun-filled, family-friendly event that encourages kids to collect change to change the lives of abused and neglected children in Dallas County.

Kids bring the change they have collected to exchange for raffle tickets for fun prizes. It is a fabulous afternoon, filled with a variety of great entertainment.

Bounce houses, video games, face painting, arts and crafts, and a DJ are among the fun and games at this ultimate kids party. Additionally, with every $5 of change the children bring, they will receive a chance ticket to put toward fun prizes of their choice. Last year, the children collected over $10,000 in change alone.

Community Partners of Dallas ensures safety and restores dignity and hope to abused and neglected children by providing crucial resources and support to the caseworkers of Dallas County Child Protective Services. By providing items such as winter coats, diapers and formula, holiday gifts, school uniforms, personal hygiene products and food, Community Partners of Dallas sends abused children the message that someone does care.
