The Limelight: Suicide & Crisis Center of North Texas

Today's Limelight's on the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas. The Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas has been in operation since 1968 and is located in Dallas. The center is comprised of a 24 hour crisis line, a Survivors of Suicide Support Group, in-service training, and a speaker's bureau that gives presentations around the country.



The website provides a wealth of information on warning signs, do's & dont's in suicide discussion, volunteering, and understanding suicide. Suicide claims the lives of more than 32,000 individuals in the United States each year and is the eleventh leading cause of death. Learn how you can help today and create awareness in our community.
