Long-time Plano volunteers, Duncan and Beth Webb, will recieve the city of Plano's highest honors on Thrusday at the Plano Chamber of Commerce's Citizen of the Year Gala. The Webb's desire for community philanthropy is a common thread that the couple share so they will be sharing the title of 2009 Citizen of the Year.
The Citizen of the Year Gala will be hosted by the Plano Chamber of Commerce and is being held at the Marriott Legacy in Plano. For tickets call 972-424-7547.
